Covid Policy

The board and leadership of American Artists Project wish to continue our mission to serve the needs of artists, patrons, sponsors, their families and of our community at large during the deadly rise of the Covid-19 Delta variant.  As of August 5, 2021, AAP has instituted a Mandatory COVID Vaccination Policy requiring proof of vaccination for attendance to any and all gatherings and performances including Broadway Brunches and Sing Out at Lincoln Center.  We believe these vital safety measures will protect our audiences, volunteers and performers and will allow us to continue to create and fund opportunities for instructors, artists and students, their families and our community.

This policy is based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. This policy includes children not yet age-eligible for a vaccination. Any artists or patrons prevented for medical reasons from getting the COVID vaccine shall submit documentation from their doctor 3 weeks before any event they plan to attend to be reviewed by our medical advisor on the AAP Board.  If documentation is accepted, individuals shall be required to summit a negative COVID test 48 hours before any event.  Thank you for your support of these safety measures during this challenging and hopefully temporary time.

We are working with CLEAR to get set up with their app, in the meantime please submit proof of vaccination to AmericanArtistsProject@gmail.com.
