This policy is based on guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention. This policy includes children not yet age-eligible for a vaccination. Any artists or patrons prevented for medical reasons from getting the COVID vaccine shall submit documentation from their doctor 3 weeks before any event they plan to attend to be reviewed by our medical advisor on the AAP Board.  If documentation is accepted, individuals shall be required to summit a negative COVID test 48 hours before any event.  Thank you for your support of these safety measures during this challenging and hopefully temporary time. **We are working with CLEAR to get set up with their app, in the meantime please submit proof of vaccination to [AmericanArtistsProject@gmail.com](mailto:AmericanArtistsProject@gmail.com).** [![Am Artists Project\_RGB\_100x35](https://americanartistsproject.org/hubfs/Am%20Artists%20Project_RGB_100x35.svg)](https://americanartistsproject.org/home?hsLang=en) - - - - - [Hibiki](https://americanartistsproject.org/hibiki) - [Cayman Islands 2027](https://harmonyandheart.my.canva.site/aap-cayman-islands) - [About Us](https://americanartistsproject.org/about-us) - [Mission & Vision](https://americanartistsproject.org/about-us#vision) - [Our Board](https://americanartistsproject.org/about-us#board) - [Our Staff](https://americanartistsproject.org/about-us#staff) - [Diversity, Equity & Inclusion](https://americanartistsproject.org/about-us#dei) - Programs - [Greg Easley-Bryant Young Artist Program](https://americanartistsproject.org/greg-easley-bryant-young-artist-program) - [Sing Joy!](https://americanartistsproject.org/sing-joy) - [Broadway Brunch](https://americanartistsproject.org/broadway-brunch) - [FreeSoul](https://americanartistsproject.org/freesoul) - [Variations](https://americanartistsproject.org/variations) - [Somos](https://americanartistsproject.org/somos) - Calendar - [2026](https://americanartistsproject.org/calendar/2026) - [2027](https://americanartistsproject.org/calendar/2027) - [Contact Us](https://americanartistsproject.org/contact-us) All governing documents, conflicts of interest, financial statements, and IRS forms shall be made available to persons upon request. ©2026 American Artists Project.
